Strengths, Values and Goal Setting

We focus on your Values in Action and create training that focuses on your positive use of your strengths. While this doesn’t mean you don’t have to be aware of your areas of improvement (called weakness elsewhere…..we prefer a different term) it does mean focusing on your strengths can help you achieve your goals more quickly and with much less effort.

Based in positive psychology, the Happiness Habits team will help you discover how to put your strengths to use and show you how your values can help with your decision making and successes.

We will show you a simple way to create and reach your goals, change habits that no longer serve you and attain greater life satisfaction.
