Who we help and how
Many women experience hardship through domestic violence, drug and alcohol addiction or social isolation.
Some need support following their decision to leave their current situation, following rehabilitation or when they are isolated from the community.
There are many women who face social isolation and exclusion for reasons beyond their control or women who have or are at risk of having their children removed from their care.
We promote women’s empowerment through our 3 Es philosophy:

- Engagement
- Employment (finding purpose)
What women need to flourish:
Shaping community culture and supporting women to rewrite their stories has been our sole focus since we were founded. We have worked with more than 250 women of all backgrounds and are able to deliver our work in many settings.
Help build a community where women’s sense of self-worth is strengthened and upheld.
We support women to optimise the structure of their finance functions to improve their contribution to the community. We structure our support to ensure that finance addresses the challenges of upholding women’s’ rights.
When women become empowered there is a ripple effect which spreads to daughters, mothers, sisters, aunts, friends and other family members. This benefits everyone in the community; financially, emotionally, psychologically and socially.
