Happiness Habits “On Tour”.jpg

Happiness Habits is going on tour between March and September, bringing our uplifting, community-based workshops to locations across the Central Coast.

With the generous support of Central Coast Council, we’re able to offer these sessions in local neighbourhood centres, creating safe, welcoming spaces for women to connect, reflect, and build positive wellbeing habits.

Each workshop includes:

  • Practical tools for emotional wellbeing

  • Open, supportive conversations

  • A Happiness Habits giveaway pack

  • Morning tea and ongoing support

We’re grateful to Central Coast Council for supporting these workshops and helping us make wellbeing more accessible in our community

EVERY FRIDAY FOR 8 WEEKS (1).jpg

IT’S BACK… and it’s been missed

Women Empowering Women is officially returning in 2026

And honestly… we’ve been hearing it for a while now

“Are you bringing it back?”

“When’s the next one?”

“I’ve missed those sessions…”

Well… you asked, and we listened

We are so excited to bring back the original Happiness Habits 8-week Women Empowering Women course… the one where friendships were built, confidence grew, and women started choosing themselves again.

This is for the women who:

feel like they’ve lost a bit of themselves

know they’re capable of more

want real connection, not just surface-level conversations

are ready to grow, but don’t want to do it alone

If you were part of this course before… you already know the magic

And we would absolutely LOVE to see our Tiger Lilies walk back through those doors again.

And if you’re new… welcome. This could be exactly what you’ve been looking for

Bateau Bay Neighbourhood Centre

Starts Friday 24th July

10:00am – 2:30pm

Runs weekly for 8 weeks

Spots will fill… they always do.

So if something in you is saying “this is for me”… trust that feeling

We can’t wait to welcome you into this space and share the journey with you

Tiger Lilies is the vibrant community network for women who have completed a Happiness Habits mentoring journey of three months or more, or who have participated in one of our 10-week programs. It is a space where connection continues, friendships grow, and women support one another long after their program has finished. Tiger Lilies members are invited to join our private Facebook group, where women stay connected, share experiences, celebrate wins, and support one another through life’s ups and downs. The group is also where members receive updates about upcoming events, workshops, opportunities, and community activities.Over the years, Tiger Lilies has grown into a strong, supportive network of women who come together for fun, friendship, and connection. Our community has enjoyed a wide range of activities including girls’ nights out, dinners and lunches, community events, special gatherings, and retreat-style experiences. No matter the event, Tiger Lilies is always about laughter, connection, and building strong, healthy friendships with like-minded women.

Tiger Lilies is more than a group — it’s a community where women feel they belong.

See the real impact of Happiness Habits through the voices of the women we support.
